Join Mountain Leader Jamie Grant and mindful movement teacher Sarah Beth Hunt on a wild walking meditation in Beautiful Glen Lyon. Walk through remote and secluded native woodland on a meandering journey that gently encourages mindfulness in the natural world. We will set a slow pace with plenty of time for discussion and reflection.

Sarah Beth Hunt is a meditation and mindful movement teacher. She is the founder of Messy Luminous Being, an online platform for weaving spiritual practices into messy real life. Sarah has trained in the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhist meditation, traditional yoga and the school of life with her two beautifully unruly boys and the wild lands of Scotland that teach her something new every day.

Jamie is a qualified Mountain Leader and long-time resident of Glen Lyon. He is also the Director and co-owner of Glen Lyon Coffee Roasters.

Duration: half day

Cost: £45 pp

Group: Maximum of six

Details: Meet at the Glen Lyon Post Office and Tea Room in Bridge of Balgie Glen Lyon at 10am and return to your car in Glen Lyon by 2pm. A kit list will be provided for the day and clients are expected to bring their own packed lunch. Moderate level of fitness required. Further details will be sent by email on booking.
