We're delighted to now be stocking Aergrind hand grinders from Knock.
These world renownwed grinders are designed and hand built here in Scotland and we're stoked to have a limited run of the Aerspeed special edition grinder from Knock's back catalogue. The Aerspeed is a stainless steel burr build of Knock's bestselling Aergrind range and the wider, more open geometry of the stainless steel burrs is ideal for aeropress and pourover brews.
We sent Glen Lyon Coffee brand ambassdor Pretam Gurung to trial the Aerspeed in our local hills and this is what he has to say about it:
"I’ve been spending a lot of time in the forests around Kenmore recently, digging trails and riding my bike - the conditions are absolutely primo at the moment. People give it a hard time, but the Scottish summer is tough to beat.
"Until now, I’ve never owned a hand grinder and was at first skeptical if it had a place in my bag. There’s limited space and I’m selective with what i take up the hill. However, since acquiring the Knock Aerspeed grinder, it has immediately become a fundamental component of my setup.
