Join Mountain Leader Jamie Grant and local writer Linda Cracknell on a walking and writing workshop in beautiful Highland Perthshire. On this walk Linda will coach writing techniques around landscapes, belonging and identity. Please bring a pocket-sized notebook and writing implement (pencils work even in the wet!) to capture your thoughts and observations.
Linda Cracknell is an Aberfeldy-based writer of fiction and non-fiction. Walking and immersion in the natural world are essential to her craft as espoused in books such as Writing Landscape and Doubling Back: Paths trodden in memory. Her workshops on the move encourage, through structured tasks, both close attention and imaginative freedom.
Jamie is a qualified Mountain Leader and long-time resident of Glen Lyon. He is also the Director and co-owner of Glen Lyon Coffee Roasters.
