Our digital gift cards are delivered via email, providing a unique code that can be used in our online shop or at our roastery café against retail coffee and merchandise. Just forward or copy/paste the code and send it to your intended recipient. There are no additional processing fees.

Valid for 12 months from purchase.

Can a gift card be used more than once?
—Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
—Yes you can combine multiple gift cards at checkout

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping?
—Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
—Yes, gift cards are a form of payment so can be used along with a discount code

Can I use a discount code to pay for a gift card?
—In most cases, no, unless the discount is specifically for gift cards.

Is it possible to customise the gift card amount?
—If you purchase a gift card at our roastery cafe we can customise the amount. If you are purchasing online and wish to customise, please get in touch and we can do this manually.

Can I use a gift card to pay for a subscription?
—Gift cards can be used as a payment method for checkout orders containing subscription products. However if you are purchasing a recurring subscription you will still be required to provide a regular payment method at checkout to ensure that you are billed for recurring orders.

Can gift cards be reloaded?
—Yes, gift cards can be reloaded during the return and exchange process when the original transaction was processed with Shopify Payments. If Shopify Payments wasn’t used, then the gift card can't be reloaded and we will need to issue a new one.

Whole beans	Recommended for optimum freshness
French Press	A coarse grind, best for French Press or Cold Brew
Filter	A medium grind best for filter machines and pourovers.
Aeropress	Medium fine grind, best for Aeropress
Moka Pot	Fine grind, best for moka pot and some espresso machines

Due to the huge variance in brewers, we cannot offer refunds if the chosen grind doesn't work in your brewer.

We can grind for espresso on request.
